There is so much randomness in the universe, and how it affects and influences our lives is one of the subjects to which we do not offer much time or intellectual engagement.

This randomness is displayed throughout our daily lives. An example is the weather and it’s affects. If it rains, then a football match may end with a very different result, and if it snows you may not be able to get to work- as we saw last year. This then has profound follow-on consequences which are also often ignored. Randomness can often be undesirable.

However in some forms randomness is a beautiful thing which we enjoy and cherish. An example of this can be seen when looking at the lottery results. Millions of people every week spend their money to enjoy a game, which will probably not benefit them that much, but for a lucky few, out of complete randomness, will becoming richer than their wildest dreams! We should not ignore randomness, because it can make us happier and richer in our lives. The lottery is a perfect opportunity to experience this, which is why i play every week, without fail!
